200+ SQUARED METRES SCULPTURE CERAMIC PAINTING AT COC LEU MARKET IN LAO CAI CITY – A SIGNIFICANT UNIQUE CONSTRUCTION
Bat Trang sculpture ceramic painting at Coc Leu market, Lao Cai province – This is a project that Lao Cai city trust and handle for Bat Trang Ceramics Group. We designed and manufactured a significant sculpture ceramic painting more than 200m2. Our partner – the construction company and investors of Coc Leu market is very satisfied with our products about the main topic “A highland cultural market”
The intensive plan was outlined which was based on a research of Coc Leu market, the culture of highland area,the history of this market and Lao Cai city. All of them support the professional artists to complete this construction.
To ensure the manufacturing process of the monumental ceramic paintings and the quality of Bat Trang ceramics at the temperature 1200oC firing and the standard thickness of each ceramic piece,the production department applied strictly the manufacturing processes. In addition, the sculpture shaping process depends very much on the experienced artists in order topush the competitive draft into cubes floating.
The firing process was not easy. It required a well-experienced artist to take accurate execution in order that the painting would avoid spoiled and exploded accidents.
Moreover, executing and building the painting at the height of 13 meters was extremely difficult. It took time to complete in the bad weather.
